KAIROS is pleased to present The Shadow Remains, Tansu Köse’s first solo exhibition, on view from 2 to 17 October 2026.

In Köse’s paintings, everyday objects carry traces of the past, loss and belonging. The weight, habits and spatial connections of the absent body continue to resonate through the silent presence of these objects.

Echoing Georges Perec’s call to look anew at the ordinary, The Shadow Remains focuses on the repetitions and interruptions of everyday life and the traces they leave behind. The exhibition invites viewers to observe the forms that absence assumes within objects and spaces, and to sense what has been lost through the silence of what remains.

The exhibition can be visited Tuesday through Saturday, from 1.00 to 6.00 pm.
